Legal entities
Application for legal entity financing
Supplier offer, addressed to the leasing house
General leasing offer, signed and attested by the applicant
Business description (product, market, main customers, middle-term business and development plans)
Certificate of incorporation
Photocopy of the notice from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics on the National Classification of Activities
Photocopy of the signature form, attested by a commercial bank
Photocopy of the identity car of the owner of the company and person(s) authorized to represent it
Original certificate of BON-1 (creditworthiness information)
Original certificate of BON-2 / SOL-2 (solvency information) not older that 8 days (if it shows the account being blocked, a written explanation is required)
Latest certified three-month statistical report (TSI-POD)
Yearly entrepreneurial statistical report (GFI-POD) for the previous fiscal year
Photocopy of income tax filing form with attachments (balance of payments, profit and loss account) for the two previous fiscal years
Audit report for the previous fiscal year for all those legally required to be audited
Physical persons with a registered activity (craftsmen and freelancers)
Application for physical persons financing
Supplier offer, addressed to the leasing house
General leasing offer, signed and attested by the applicant
Business description (product, market, main customers)
Photocopy of the Decision on Entry in the Register of Craft Businesses and Crafts Licence
Photocopy of the signature form, attested by a commercial bank

Tax administration office certificate on tax debt
Tax inspection report for the two previous fiscal years
Income tax filing form for the previous fiscal year
Certified receipt and payment account report for the two previous fiscal years and for the current fiscal year
List of fixed assets
Physical persons
Application for physical persons financing
Supplier offer, addressed to the leasing house
General leasing offer, signed and attested by the applicant
Photocopy of the identity car of the applicant
Photocopy of card for the current account on which the salary is paid
Payment lists for the last three months
Payment slips for the last three months and certificate of social contribution payments if the applicant is employed in a company with less than 30 employees or in a craft business.
Certificate of BON-2 / SOL-2 (solvency information) of the employer, not older that 8 days
Agricultural workers (individuals and family farms)
Application for physical persons financing
Supplier offer, addressed to the leasing house
General leasing offer, signed and attested by the applicant
Short business description (type of agricultural products or land tilled / numbers animals etc., list of assets and agricultural machines, agricultural products target market, off-take contracts, plans to increase the production).
Decision on entry in the register of family farms (to be issued by the competent state district office, according to the place of residence)
Proof of land ownership or land lease
Photocopy of the contract on cooperation (if such a contract was concluded)
Photocopy of the identity car of the applicant
Bank statement (bank report on giro account transfers for the last 6 months)
Tax administration office certificate on tax debt
Additional remarks
Possibility of subsequent requests for additional documents depends of the amount to be financed and on the estimate of the department of credit analysis and risk management.
Documents needed to register new passenger vehicles:
- Two original R-1 invoice forms
- Certificate on passing the annual test of automobile safety (registration certificate, 2 examples)
- Customs declaration
- Certificate of authorization issued by the general importer
- Car insurance policy
- All-risk car insurance policy
Required documents for registration of used, salon and demo vehicles
If the registration is valid, an insurance policy related to motor vehicle liability is requested, and if the existing license plate is kept, all invoices should contain the following text: We waive the license plate in favour of the customer.
If the license plate is not valid, the registration card and the certificate of title to a motor vehicle have to be removed.
Required documents for registration of equipment and machinery.
If the machine is being registered, the same documentation as for passenger cars is required.
Documents needed to register used vehicles, dealership vehicles or test vehicles:
- Two original R-1 invoice forms
- The invoice between the owner on the certificate of title to the motor vehicle and the last previous owner
If the registration is still valid, a car insurance policy is also required, and in case of keeping the license plates, it is necessary to add the following remark on all invoices: ‘’We give the license plates to the buyer’’.
If the registration is invalid, registration card and certificate of title to the motor vehicle have to be unregistered.
Documents needed to register used equipment and machines:
If registering a machine, the documentation is the same as for registering a passenger vehicle.
If the machine is not registered, or if it is a piece of machinery, the following documents are needed:
- Two original R-1 invoice forms
- Insurance against fire and protective cover
- Registration and insurance
